1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India. If you are outside these areas, please contact our customer service for assistance.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 8 business days. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Costs
Flat shipping cost of Rs 100 for all orders below 2000rs
Orders over 2000Rs qualify for free shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation by call and Whatsapp. Tracking number would be shared.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at 9565186555.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order is placed.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
8. International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
